As an avid traveler, my recent stay at the Last Post Hotel was a delightful experience. the hotel's convenient location across from Southend Central Railway Station made exploring the area a breeze. the room we stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities including a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the room, despite the hotel being located above a busy Wetherspoons pub. the soundproofing in the twin room made for a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. the complimentary WiFi and on-site restaurant were also convenient features that added to the overall positive experience. the hotel's proximity to Southend's attractions such as the seafront and pier, as well as being only 4 km from London Southend Airport, made it a perfect choice for travelers like myself who value convenience and accessibility. Overall, the Last Post Hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service, making it a top choice for my future visits to Southend.
